The offices of Cauzoom are located in Cambridge, MA. Our modest team ranges from experienced business entrepreneurs to former non-profit fundraisers, and we’re all here because we think it’s time to innovate new ways to solve social problems.
Cauzoom is an idea. What do you do when you’ve got a local problem that everyone agrees should be fixed, but no one person has the funds to pay? How do schools buy extra supplies not included in the budget? What should we do about a local creek that’s choked with trash?
Everyone knows how to complain about these things, and we know the root problems may be bigger than we can solve (budget cuts, littering). But what if we, instead of complaining, got together as a group and put our time and/or money into solutions? Bake sale? Clean up day? Don’t have the time, energy, or money to buy the necessary supplies? Come to Cauzoom, where we’re organizing a system and a community of people who want to see change happen now.
Cauzoom is the idea that you can participate by investing, and not just by putting cash in and expecting cash out. The return is seeing an improvement in your community or in the larger world. Give a little, get a lot.
We want to create a network of individuals whose aggregate impact is huge. That is what is behind Cauzoom. The knowledge that if you could make a positive impact, you would.
We know for a fact that we don’t have the perfect solution, but we do know that if we stay flexible and creative and respond to the ideas coming from our visitors and customers, we’ll get better and better. It’s an exciting journey, and we would love to have you as traveling companions!
